The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys is a not-for-profit corporation of over 600 skilled collection firms nationwide All NARCA member firms meet association standards to assure experience, professional liability and a good rating by their peers. NARCA is not an "exclusive club." Some cities have many member firms.

The Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) is North America's Leading organization of collections, creditors' rights and bankruptcy professionals. Its membership consists of attorneys who concentrate their practice in commercial law, collections, the Uniform Commercial Code and bankruptcy and reorganization.

The State Bar of Georgia exists “to foster among the members of the bar of this State the principles of duty and service to the public, to improve the administration of justice, and to advance the science of law.” The State Bar of Georgia has strict codes of ethics and discipline that are enforced by the Supreme Court of Georgia through the State Bar's Office of the General Counsel.

The Wright-Holmes Law List is published annually and is designed to help those who need competent creditor's rights counsel outside their immediate area. Our list contains law firms throughout the world.
