COMMERCIAL
CONTINGENCY FEE AGREEMENT
In
regards to placement of claim(s) with this
firm, we will be more than happy to handle
said account(s) on a NO COLLECTION, NO CHARGE
basis. All claims will be charged at the rates
published herein.
On
any claim withdrawn after 30 days or on claims
in which merchandise has been returned, the
client will be responsible for a charge of one
half (½) the normal contingency fee. On any
claim placed with this firm for which the
client receives monies directly, the client
will be responsible for our normal contingency
fee.
Agreeing
with the above terms and conditions simply
requires your signature and the date at the
bottom. Please return this page to our office
via mail or fax along with account(s) you are
placing for collection, or immediate
litigation.
25%
contingency fee on all balance collected
without litigation;
33
1/3 % contingency fee on all litigated
matters, plus advanced court costs and
reasonable suit and administration fees.
All
claims are evaluated by R&B Collections,
Inc. before being forwarded to our exclusive
legal agent The Law Offices of Ross Gelfand,
LLC for all pre-litigation and/or legal
determination for placement within our
national legal network.
