Commercial: 25% on all matters handled without litigation.  33 1/3% on all litigated matters handled by firm; plus 5% non-contingent suit fee; plus advanced court costs. Furthermore bankruptcies, appeals, lien filings, and counterclaims are handled on a hourly basis. We also receive half of our normal contingency fee for returned merchandise. Negotiable rates will apply for larger dollar balances or volume of claims placed. Contingent attorneys' fees refer only to those fees charged by attorneys for their legal services. Such fees are not permitted in all types  of cases.  Court costs and other additional expenses of legal action usually must be paid by the client.
